Villians pay for menacing schemes

It is wrong for people to take advantage of a hurricane crisis in a big city.  Resources from New York Daily News says that theives were stealing flat screen tv's in packs and were holding on tight.  Rhinos very stupid for one because they got caught and for the other, they are stealing tv's when they
Could be stealing something that is steady somewhat useful.  These looters I'm sure nevertheless it past third grade and their failing schemes show.  The Daily News website states that a mob of 50-100 people were just aimlessly walking down the road with shopping carts full of merchandise and almost looked happy.  These people obviously didn't have enough respect for the community that they lived in to abuse the weather conditions in a such defying matter.  I assume most were poor or had just enough income to keep going and just thought this was their great escape but were met with handcuffs.  These criminals did what they did not because they had to, but because they wanted to.  Later felons, justice is served.
